Although we have scheduled and phased the most complicated projects imaginable in our space, we always recognize one show does not fit all. Construction management doesn’t start when the hammers start swinging. It should be at the forefront of the thought process throughout design from the very beginning. Our risk management tools evaluate every risk that could possibly send a project into a tailspin. We create a comprehensive mitigation checklist that is a living and breathing document throughout the entire project. We hold to that checklist with extreme discipline.
